Louisiana License VXW451 - Pet Abandoned....

  • PET ABANDONED!
KNOW THIS CAR, METAIRIE/NEW ORLEANS AREA RESIDENTS? ~ Dark Green Ford Expedition Louisiana License VXW451. Seems they drove away today and 'forgot' their dog at the Bonnabel Boat Launch... a little shihtzu. Is this your neighbor? Cause this license number will be reported for abandoning a pet to the Jefferson Parish Police, which happens to be a crime.

Heads up y'all!

A 35-year-old man riding a bicycle on an Uptown street Friday afternoon was struck by a car, then robbed at gunpoint by one of its occupants, according to initial police reports.

The victim was riding his bicycle near Chestnut and General Taylor streets just before 4 p.m. Friday when he was hit by a vehicle, the report states. A female passenger got out, pointed a gun at the victim’s head and demanded his property, and the driver then got out and went through his pockets, the report states. They then took off with his wallet, cash and a cell phone, the report states.

No description of the car or suspects was immediately available.

I am involved in this rescue organization and would love you to read more and consider helping those in need.  It is such great need... they were not at all prepared for what just happened to them.

This morning, RedRover staff and volunteers are arriving in Monmouth County, New Jersey, to shelter animals rescued from the devastation of Superstorm Sandy....

They were  rescued at 3 weeks and are now 6 weeks old. The orange  is a little girl and the cream a boy.  They are very very sweet, both love to curl up in my lap  after they are tired from playing.
Thanks... love and miss yall!"
