Sending love from NOLA...

Angry...  Uncalled for.

So let me process...

I appreciate the call - really I do...

So you have a 5 day a week dog walker BUT she does not work during holidays because she goes home to see her family.  I just had brain surgery for goodness sake and we did not take time off.  I suggest you look for another pet sitter.  Really?  That sitter - here today - gone tomorrow...  OY!  Oh and one more thing - If your "dog walker" charges the same thing those of us that are insured and bonded do... but they are not... that may be a red flag.

I am better now.  Sadly, I can't help her - I would but I can't and that bothers me.  Goodness gracious.

Missing Daddy - kind of!

So - Mike walked the babies this morning -

Henri picked up this Starbucks cup on Washington/Magazine this morning and it was not until a tourist pointed it out did Mike realize it was in his mouth.  So he made it from Washington to 3rd.  Not to worry - Mike can't touch clients.  Not sure he should touch my babies either.  I am guessing he as going to bring it to me.

Beautiful photo from this AM...

Pamela on her way to see her first babies in the CBD this morning...

Caturday!

I love you so much...

Eat, walk, sleep, walk, TT on things, eat, walk, sleep, etc...

My favorite text today -

"Thanks so much and I'm glad your recovery is going well. Try not to hit your head too much more...mind the staples."

Mom sent this when she got home... "Bradley walks work".

My belly hurts sooooo bad!

I painted this - in 2011

NOMA - totally.  If you would like me to paint your dogs... I can do it.  I hid it but someone found it (while I was on my death bed) and hung it.  I just found it.  How horrible.

Our little bug bug bug is letting us play today!

Farm dreams...

If I ever have a farm I am going to make one of these for the squirrels so they can have proper dinner.  How cute is this?

So what had happened was -

My Mommy went to the store and she forgot to do something so I had to go for a walkin.  I will not do it again!

It is FRIDAY y'all!

I am such a sweet little man...

What?

I love you too...

Things that happened today...

1.  I drove to the drug store.

2.  I asked the cashier to forgive my appearance to which she said - "I would never leave my house looking like that".

3.  The Electrician came by looked at my head and said - "I should not complain about the tooth I had pulled on Monday".

4.  Henri got stuck in the bathroom for about a half hour.  How he got in there is beyond.

5.  I spoke to my best friend in the world today...

Back in my little cuddle spot!

Pamela -

May be is out of her mind.

See this?

Dear Drugstore Company on Prytania Street near Prytania Street Vet:

We all know this is a rat trap.  While we would rather keep the rats outside vs inside... they are gross and scream "don't buy food in here".

Love,
Nicole

I am stoned (not me!) - Murph... Poor baby.

Can we kiss tomorrow?

I need the cookie!

Food motivated!

My Mom & Dad are sick... so I am too -

I love that face...

Seriously - Ready for Friday!

Winter is hard...

Look what Barb and Tink are getting...

“Santa Paws” Coming to New Orleans Christmas in the District

Inaugural event promises lots of “Howliday” fun
New Orleans Christmas in the District, a dazzling, family-friendly seasonal event that combines Louisiana traditions with state-of-the-art technology, has announced that “Santa Paws” is coming to town on December 1, 2013.
Santa Paws NOLA is a holiday-themed pet costume contest and parade that will put your entire family in the holiday spirit while supporting the LA-SPCA’s great cause. The Holiday Season is a time to share with our families, friends, and loved ones, so why not include our furry four-legged friends in the celebration as well? The event will also feature activities for pets/pet owners, information on pet adoption processes, free drinks, food, and more. There will be opportunities to take professional holiday themed photos of your pets, and win great holiday themed prizes for your pets.
The contest will start at Heritage Park (across from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center between John Churchill Chase Street & Gaienne Street) at 2:00 pm where people will be able to register, enjoy refreshments, and participate in pet friendly activities. A parade will form in front of Heritage Park at 3:00 pm when costumed pets and owners will second line down Convention Center Boulevard to Convention Center Plaza where the festivities will continue until 5:00 p.m.
Immediately following the Santa Paws event, the lights will be switched on for Christmas in the District, a holiday-themed large-scale light display on the neutral ground along Convention Center Blvd. between Julia St. and Poydras St. The display climaxes at the main entrance of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, where a light show consisting of digitally animated lighting effects synchronized to music will entertain visitors. The display will include a unique digital Christmas tree, half a million lights that dance to music, and strobe lights that will surprise and delight visitors at just the right moments during the show. Over 70 trees will be lit with unique sparkling lights installed at the tops of many of the palm trees, creating a one-of-a-kind holiday environment.
New Orleans Christmas in the District begins Saturday, November 30, 2013, and runs nightly through January 5, 2014, and is free and open to the public. The event will complement the annual “Christmas New Orleans Style” celebration, and will continue to evolve
