My kids found a German Shepherd/collie mix by our house today and we need to find his home. He does not have a chip, but he is wearing a royal blue collar. It is obvious that he is someone's dog. I can't hold on to him very long so we are desperately trying to find his home.
Can you forward his pictures in an email blast?
