- FILMING NOTIFICATION -
Dear Neighbor,
We
would like to notify you that we will be shooting scenes in your area for a
feature film identified by the City ofNew Orleansas "Production
L." The film is a small romance set in New Orleans.
We will be filming
at 2504 Prytania St. on Friday, January 11, 2013, and Saturday, January 12,
2013. During this time we will have “NO PARKING” restrictions on the
following streets:

PARKING" signs for filming and unloading equipment in the following
areas beginning, January 10th, and ending, January 12th.

Block of Third St., No Parking Anytime 1/11 - 1/12 (uptown side)
Dates
of Filming:
Friday,
January 11, and, Saturday, January 12, 2013, during the hours of 8a.m. to
9p.m.
We
realize that this is a sensitive residential neighborhood, and are making
every effort to minimize our impact on public spaces, and only necessary
personnel will come to set. All crew cars/personal vehicles will be parked
in a private lot off-site.
Uniformed
law enforcement officers will be assisting us with intermittent traffic
control on Prytania St. during filming, on both Friday 1/11, and again on
Saturday 1/12. We will hold traffic on Prytania and release between
takes, from First St. to Fourth St. in both directions. In order to
alleviate congestion we will not be stopping traffic during rush hour, and
no longer than 3 minute durations.
These
arrangements are being made with knowledge and cooperation of The New
Orleans Police Department, Department of Public Works, and Film New Orleans
within the Mayor's Office of Cultural Economy. For more information, feel
