UPPER-LEVEL WINDS OVER THE SOUTHERN GULF OF MEXICO SHOULD GRADUALLY BECOME MORE CONDUCIVE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TROPICAL DEPRESSION BY THE WEEKEND.
