DS posted this on another post yesterday - It's sad Nicole because as everyone who is involved in any animal rescue knows any amount of money donated big or small counts to keep the doors open. PAWS main focus has been the animals FIRST and foremost ALWAYS. Its a struggle financially every month because as many animals as we try to adopt out twice as many are waiting to come in. Right now we need donations more than ever, do we have systems and protocols in place for this not to happen again, you betcha! This horrible incident has hurt us terribly financially but we will not let what happened to PAWS jeopardize our precious animals. We will continue to be their voice. Please keep us in your prayers and please keep your support coming our way. We need donations now more than ever to keep our doors open and to keep doing what we do best and that is taking care of & finding furever homes for these fur babies. Thanks for your kind words & continued support. Woofs, wags & meows.....
Please make no mistake, I am not suggesting that we should
not continue to support PAWS. I am going to do so. They
were made aware and it is my understanding they took
action. I have made many trips to PAWS and will continue to
make those trips and continue to support!
