Because traffic and parking on Prytania is not difficult enough...

Dear NeighborsThis notice is to inform you that we will be filming portions of a television series in New Orleans.
On Monday, June 22nd, we will be filming exterior scenes at Lafayette Cemetery 1 between the approximate hours of 7:00AM and 2:00PM.
Our production will be parking our base camp trailers and crew vehicles inside a private lot; however, due to our picture needs and parking of necessary equipment, we will be contracting parking with the city and posting
NO PARKING” signs in the following areas.  Please be mindful of them:
  • 2800 Block of Prytania St (both sides) [FRI 6/19 6:00AM to FRI 6/19 6:00PM] for parking pre-rigging trucks.
**ALL PARKING WILL BE RELEASED TO THE PUBLIC OVER THE WEEKEND**
  • 2800 Block of Prytania St (both sides) [MON 6/22 12:01AM to TUES 6/23 6:00PM] for parking work trucks.
  • 2700 & 2900 Blocks of Prytania St (riverside only) [MON 6/22 12:01AM to MON 6/22 6:00PM] for parking work trucks.
We will release any parking we will not utilize once we have parked our vehicles. All other signs will be taken down immediately after filming.
Every effort will be made to minimize our impact on residences and businesses alike.  We will have law enforcement officers on hand to ensure public safety and facilitate our work. We will also be working with Film New Orleans, the N.O. Public Works (streets dept. and meter dept.), and various other entities.
Thank you for helping us share our great city with the film industry.  If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
