Save the Date for Howling Success
On Saturday, November 14, 2009 the Louisiana SPCA will host the areas most unique fundraiser. The 28th Annual Howling Success will be held at the gorgeous Grand Oaks Mansion inside the new East Bank location of Mardi Gras World.
