Oy

When my post Katrina contractor installed my ice machine, they literally cut a hole on the exterior wall of the house and ran the drain into the side yard.  How can people do stuff like that and feel good about the job they do?  That is amazing to me.  I always tell my Team to treat everything we touch like we own it.  Pets, the houses we go in, etc.  I can't imagine treating people any other way.  I should call him and give him a little fan feedback.  Goodness - this remodel is going to be the death of me.
