Paws crossed that whomever does or has been doing this is caught

I am just amazed and disappointed that this keeps happening but I am so grateful that people keep stepping up to help save these little lives.  Pamela reached out to Jeff Dorson and I will keep you posted if you are moved to help in any way.

WE CAN HARDLY BELIEVE THIS: IT HAPPENED AGAIN TODAY!!! ANOTHER innocent kitten was brutally tossed onto the elevated expressway this morning. He was spotted by the same motorist who called us yesterday, and - yet again - we sent rescuer Juliana Ackil (bless her!!!) to the scene. (She had already been up all night with sick bottle babies and the first rescued bridge kitty - who cried all night long.) Juliana jumped in her car anyway and managed to save yet ANOTHER little angel from certain death. This poor kitty victim has a broken leg, which the vet says it will need to be amputated in about two months. THESE CRIMES MUST BE STOPPED!!! We will be in touch asap with details about what we are doing to catch these cat-killing perpetrators and what you can do to help. For those of you have asked about contributing towards vet bills for these kitties (and/or for Juliana's other kittens in foster care) please use the link below.

Dear Ms. S

I wish there have been some arrests made, but we lack eyewitnesses.  No one has seen the kittens tossed out of vehicles. But, there are two ways everyone can help.  One, make a donation so that we can purchase video cameras that will be installed on the bridges and overpasses or second, give to our medical fund to help the survivors.  One has a broken leg and other a prolapsed anus from heavy parasitic infestations.  Donations can be made here: http://www.humanela.org/donate.htm

Many thanks.

Sincerely yours,

Jeff Dorson

Mr. Dorson,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Absolutely. Video cameras, provided they can identify a license plate, would be a huge deterrent.Few questions :  Do you have an estimated cost for them? How do I contribute to that specifically? And would you please make a specific link for such contributions, as well as one for the kittens that need financial assistance with medical care? Perhaps on your facebook page? Facebook is a very useful tool for raising awareness & money for such causes, & I'd be more than happy to help spread the word.

Pamela
