Save the date! Gretna Pawdi Gras
The 2009 Gretna Pawdi Gras parade will be celebrating its 4th annual canine parade for dogs (and owners too!) The parade is generously sponsored by the great folks of The Gretna Economic Development Association (GEDA). This wonderful doggie parade benefits the Plaquemines Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) a no kill animal shelter in Belle Chasse. This year's theme is "Dancing with the Paws". The parade will roll through the streets of beautiful Downtown Gretna on Saturday, February 28, 2009.
