So important to watch out for each other!  

 SUSPICIOUS PERSON CALL LEADS TO AUTO BURGLARY ARREST
 ON SUNDAY, 4/29/2012, A CONCERNED CITIZEN CONTACTED THE GARDEN DISTRICT PRIVATE PATROL ABOUT A SUSPICOUS BLACK MALE WEARING A RED SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS RIDING A TAN BICYCLE IN THE AREA PULLING ON CAR DOOR HANDLES. THE SUBJECT WAS STOPPED AND DETAINED BY GARDEN DISTRICT PATROL UNTIL NOPD ARRIVED.
DURING A PAT DOWN OF THE SUBJECT IT WAS LEARNED THAT THE SUBJECT WAS IN POSSESSION OF A CONCEALED FIREARM. THE FIREARM WAS A SMITH AND WESSON, BLACK WITH BROWN WOODEN HANDLES .38 SPECIAL WITH UNSPENT ROUNDS IN THE CHAMBER.
 DURING THE COURSE OF THE INVESTIGATION THE FIREARM WAS FOUND TO BE STOLEN FROM AN AUTOMOBILE BURGLARY WHICH HAD OCCURRED EARLIER IN THE EVENING IN THE SAME BLOCK. THE SUBJECT WAS IDENTIFIED AS PHILIP WEBBER, B/M 10/30/1989 WHO RESIDES AT 2618 S. MIRO ST.
THE SUBJECT WAS BOOKED FOR ILLEGAL CARRYING OF A CONCEALED WEAPON, SIMPLE BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, AND ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A STOLEN FIREARM.
