I can't think of a thing you all could do better. Seriously! You have been so accommodating and helpful. I never have any concerns because I know you're treating my babies like your own. I SO appreciated Pamela's help and guidance when I was doing the TNR with the local ferals. And I can't count how many times you have extended the visits or changed dates on a moments notice when my schedule has gone wonky.
Only request I have is for you to open a branch office in Northern VA!!! :)
