Time out... Megan found this Mommy tied to a car this morning!
She looks to have just had a litter. She was dumped... She is currently at Crescent City Vet with Dr. Henry but we are going to need to find a place for her. If you can foster or help in any way... please let us know.

Heads up y'all...
It is looking more and more likely that we are going to see the development of a low pressure system over the Bay of Campeche or the southern Gulf of Mexico as soon as early next week. In fact, the NHC has placed 30% odds over the next 5 days. Model support is strong on this possibility (EURO shown in image below). The general track would be towards the east-northeast into the central or eastern Gulf of Mexico by late week. All residents and interests in the Eastern Gulf/FL please monitor this potential.
