Have room for a baby?!

This sweet girl -- Tula, is a 2 year old Louisiana Brown Dog, a mix of everything - like a good gumbo.

Tula is a full-fledged miracle dog and now she's hoping for a second miracle.  She was found a year ago... near death in a ditch, a rope tied around her neck, starving and so weak she could barely stand.  She had been shot in the face and left to die.  Fortunately, the bullet only hit her cheek but, it was badly infected. Tula was nursed back to health, fed lot's of yummy kibble and shown compassion and love by the wonderful employees of PAWS. Now, after a year at PAWS, she's looking for her next miracle...to find her forever home.

Like some long-timers at PAWS, Tula doesn’t get noticed because she is a bit shy until she gets to know you. Don't let her shyness fool you... she is a real lover and dedicated to being near you. If you've got a lap to share, she's your gal.

Tula is spayed, microchipped and up to date on shots.  If you or someone you know is ready to be the next miracle in Tula's life, please contact Cheri at PAWS (504) 392-1601.
